What is Zeatr Pro?+
Zeatr Pro is the paid member tier for people who want more than search. It unlocks unlimited list creation, private planning workflows, and collaborative tools for choosing the right venue with a group.
How is Pro different from the free tier?+
Free is for venue discovery and basic account features. Pro adds unlimited saved lists, shared event planning links, named group voting, and the ability to coordinate dates, times, and venue choices in one place instead of bouncing between chats.
What does Plan Event do?+
Plan Event lets a Pro member create a private shared link for a catch-up, dinner, drinks night, or celebration. The host can add one date or multiple date options, add multiple venues, and send one link to the whole group so everyone can vote.
Can my friends vote without creating a Zeatr account?+
Yes. Anyone with the event link can open it, write their name, vote on the dates and venues, and see what everyone else picked. That makes it useful even when the whole group does not use Zeatr yet.
Can people add extra venues or dates to the event?+
Yes, if the host allows it. When enabled, guests can suggest more dates or add more venues to the shortlist, then the whole group can vote on those new options as well.
What does claim verification mean on a venue?+
Claim verification means a real user connected to that venue has claimed a limited Zeatr verification slot and is actively going through the verification workflow. It is not a generic self-applied badge.
How does venue verification work?+
A claimant signs in, reserves a verification slot, visits the venue, and submits evidence through Zeatr. That submission is then reviewed before the venue is treated as verified, and any sensitive venue details still need evidence-backed confirmation.
Why are some venues only marked as claim verification?+
That label means the verification process is still in progress. Someone has reserved or submitted a claim, but Zeatr has not finished reviewing it yet, so the venue is not presented as fully verified.
Do users get rewarded for verifying venues?+
Yes. When a venue verification is approved, the verifying user can receive Pro access on their Zeatr account. The reward lands after review and approval, not at the moment the slot is claimed.
